Property brokerage

The property brokerage activity presented on this site is carried out by HBS Real Estate, an agency holding a licence issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), under the authority of the Dubai Land Department, registered under ORN 1774. The agents who assist you are individually registered with it.

Scope and limits of our services. Property brokerage is an obligation of means, not of result. We present properties, check the documents in the file, conduct the transaction and have it registered. We guarantee neither a rental yield, nor a resale value, nor a handover date, nor the performance by a developer of its contractual obligations. Commitments on construction, timing and compliance are made by the developer in the sale contract, and any claim lies against the developer, in particular before the bodies of the Dubai Land Department.

The computer-generated images, plans, areas, prices and payment plans shown for projects come from the developers. They are provided for information only, have no contractual value, and may be changed by the developer without notice. Only the contractual documents you sign are binding on you.

Some pages carry mood illustrations produced by image generation. They are there to convey an atmosphere and do not depict any real, identifiable property, project or place. They constitute neither a promise of service nor a representation of a delivered home.

Corporate services

The corporate services presented on this site (company formation, administrative and legal support) are provided by Home & Business Solutions FZE, a corporate service provider whose team numbers more than fifty people, including lawyers.

Marketing and communication

Marketing, communication, the design of the site and its promotion are handled by Dreamond, in partnership with HBS GROUP.

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, California 94107, United States.
